Construction is well underway at Rolling Oaks Commercial Park in Austin, TX, and the site is buzzing with activity!
Grading and infrastructure work is nearing completion, and building slabs will begin placement in the coming weeks. This thoughtfully designed commercial park is built for long-term growth and opportunity—providing a dynamic, accessible location for thriving local businesses.
Our vision of a high-quality, community-oriented commercial hub is quickly becoming a reality, and we’re proud to be delivering spaces that support entrepreneurs, families, and the future of North Austin.
Coming Fall 2025: TumbleTX
We’re thrilled to announce that TumbleTX, a brand new gymnastics and tumbling facility, will be opening its doors at Rolling Oaks in Fall 2025! Owned and operated by Erica Meitz, TumbleTX will offer a full range of classes for children of all ages and abilities—building confidence, strength, and community through movement.
As the first anchor tenant at Rolling Oaks, TumbleTX sets the tone for the type of vibrant, family-centered businesses we’re proud to support.
