OFF MARKET OPPORTUNITY IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA

The River Retreat

The River Retreat

The River Retreat is a beautiful 7 acres of cleared and habitable land outside of International Falls in the town of Ray. This property sits off of route 119 and provides over 200 ft of shoreline with the Rat Root River. This river is packed with all northern fish species making this land ideal for any fishermen, kayakers or explorers. This river is roughly 6 ft deep in most areas and can be driven by boat all the way to Rainy Lake, which is famous for its tournament bass fishing and its access to Canadian waters. Recently added coop power to the land. Also included is a very nice outhouse and small storage shed. Perfect site for a cabin to get you out of the city.

In addition to the property, I have a brand new, never used, Luxury 33ft travel trailer that was purchased to permanently add to the property. It is a Forest River Wildwood 26DBUD. I've equipped it with flat screen TV's and a griddle grill. I can include this trailer in the sale of the land for the additional cost of the trailer price. It is a turnkey cabin dream. Please call with any questions.
